Javelin YAML Orthospelling Dictionary

Pinchord is implemented on Javelin using its YAML orthospelling dictionary format.

The format was made to implement Shrimple on Javelin. Shrimple is not a full-English theory, so it requires a unique starter. Pinchord uses "" so that all strokes are eaten by the dictionary.
