Writing my Website

A weekly project idea.

This website has always been statically generated and hosted on whatever static site host I happen to be using at a given time, but I'd like to completely rewrite it to be dynamic and host it on a VPS.

Why

• Have full control over the workings of my website, host things like a chat room, better 404 pages, proper redirects, and have more dynamic logic without JS
• Remove the headache of a CDN and simplify my build process
• Host a proper smart HTTP Git server
• Have a nice dynamic Git frontend that doesn't look and operate like shit
