Fixed in pinchord-21 Pre-release 31 v4.

Symptom/Problem

Pinchord does not have default keymaps for every machine Plover supports. This means that a user of any other machine besides "Keyboard" has to map Pinchord keys themselves manually.

Solution

Implement these keymaps, using the defaults for everything, and a sensible extra key for -s, if the machine supports it.

Only the Keyboard, Gemini PR, and Plover HID machines have enough keys, and in the right positions (* needs to be split to a left and right & and ^)
