Old Versioning Schema

Prior to Pre-release 31, Pinchord releases were named by version, using the schema vx.y.system. Versions with different x numbers are incompatible with each other, while versions with the same x number but different y number are compatible with each other.

Versions 27 and 28 contain a third system segment for releases applying only to one engine, either Plover or Javelin.

• Moved -w to -PST to make room for -gh
• Added phl- and phr- starters
• Masked vowels to make AOIU not translate (will do this for the initials and vowels at some point)
