Closed in favor of pinchord-33 Reverse Lookup, Javelin support has been dropped
Pinchord is a fairly straightforward system, chords map to letters directly, but you may prefer looking up a word in Plover or Javelin and seeing the chords that actually make up that word, rather than needing to look at the graphic or whatever.
Implementation
Like most things, needs to be implemented separately on Plover and Javelin and released together.
Plover
@zipsegv in the Pinchord discord implemented reverse lookup for the python dictionary and sent a patch which looks good, but need to figure out the Javelin implementation first of course.
Javelin
No clue! I don't think it's possible :p
Pinchord uses some weird translation tricks to keep its spacing and capitalization consistent, so outlines don't actually contain the translations it looks like they do.
It may be possible that a C++ dictionary could have its own reverse lookup, which would work the same as the Plover python dictionary.
