Symptom

The suffixes -e and -s do not obey capitalization. The stroke #-e emits "e" rather than "E".

Problem

In steno, suffixes are treated in a special manner compared to normal strokes, but this is not true with Pinchord. Suffix keys are just another means of typing a letter, but they do not act as such.
