Git branch: tickets/plover-tab-and-enter

Closed, released with v30.1

Symptom

The mods dict tab and enter strokes, which are \\t and \\n in JSON form, don't seem to be working on Plover. They are working on Javelin.

Problem

Plover uses \t and \n, while javelin uses \\t and \\n.

Solution

Make a separate mods dict for Plover and Javelin.
