Build process

Pinchord's build process, as of pinchord-8 v30:

• Update chords.edn with chord changes
• Update pinchord-v*.py with chord changes
• Update chords.edn :version
• Update the names of pinchord-v*.py, and the other included Plover dictionaries
• Update system.py to use these new names
• Update setup.cfg with new version
• Tested on Javelin
• Tested on Plover
• Merge version branch with main.
• Update changelog
• Update Setting up Pinchord on Starboard
• Upload to PyPi
• Update graphic images on Pinchord and Learn Pinchord
  • Take screenshot of layout graphic and minify
